Refund policy

Products may be exchanged within 7 days from the date of receipt, subject to the conditions outlined below.

Eligibility for Exchange

To qualify for an exchange:

  • The item must be unused and unaltered

  • The item must not have been purchased during a sale or promotion

  • The item must be returned with the original receipt

  • Original tags and packaging must be intact and included

Items that do not meet these conditions will not be eligible for exchange.

Once the exchange request is approved, instructions will be provided on how and where to send the item. Items sent without prior approval will not be accepted.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon receipt. If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, contact us immediately so the issue can be reviewed and resolved.

Non-Exchangeable Items

The following items are not eligible for exchange:

  • Items purchased during sales or promotions

  • Used or altered items

  • Items without original receipt, tags, or packaging
